Who we are
LaunchGrid Consulting provides commercial consulting services relating to international market expansion, distribution and retail access. This policy covers personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect the information you submit through our forms: your name, business email address, phone number where you provide it, company name, website, and the details you give us about your business, category, markets of interest and objectives.
Where analytics is enabled, we also collect standard usage information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a scheduled call, to prepare a quote where you have asked for one, to send you a resource you have requested, and, if you have separately opted in, to send occasional market-entry analysis.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Marketing email
We only send marketing email to people who have opted in. Requesting a quote, making an enquiry or booking a call does not on its own subscribe you to anything, the opt-in is a separate, unticked checkbox, and you have to tick it yourself.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we action unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by replying to any email from us.

Who we share it with
